In the first six months this year, the construction sector has maintained its top position in the ranking of economic sectors which have benefited from financing by factoring method. After 2014 the companies in this area have accessed, via this financial instrument,  520 million euro, nearly 24% of the total amount. According to the Romanian Association of Factoring (ARF), an organization founded in April 2011, which has 10 banks as founding members and includes other banking financial institutions, buildings have a huge potential to finance by factoring, both in the private field and in public sectors, taking into consideration that contractual payment terms and conditions are met.
