This year, the evolution of private investment caused a 30% increase in demand for concrete formwork systems, the development being mainly determined by delieveris towards projects of major shopping centers, hotels, office buildings and residential complexes. According to Doka Romania, a national leader in the field of formwork systems, the profile segment stands in 2014 at 110 million RON, while for 2015 it is estimated to increase again, to 145 million RON. Doka Romania is the local subsidiary of the Austrian group Umdasch, a company with annual sales of over one billion EUR.
